Some couples think that sex in marriage is an area that is not so important, so they put it off as something that was only enjoyed during the honey moon stage. But the truth is far from it, sex is a very important part of any marriage life and it’s definitely an area that should not be neglected.
If this area goes neglected for a long period of time, before you know it will affect other areas of your marriage.It can be like a parasite that eats something from the inside out and you don’t really see what is happening until it’s too late. A simple way to spark up your sex life is to begin to stimulate the five senses in yourself and your spouse.
What are the five senses? The sight, the smell, the touch, the hearing and the taste. Figure out creative ways to stimulate these senses and you can be on your way to a more exciting love life.
Here are some simple tips to stimulate each sense, of course try to be as creative as possible, your imagination is the limit.
* For the eyes: Turn down the lights, use candlelight, dress in something new and sexy. Make love by the beach or somewhere with a beautiful scenery.
* For the smell: Scented candles, incense, perfume, cologne, or simply take a bath or a shower.
* For the touch: Use oils or creams, wear silk or other soft materials. Massage and caress each other.
* For the hearing: Nice soft romantic music or whatever music turns you on. Have sex by the beach, by a river or somewhere you can enjoy the sound of nature.
* For the taste: Whipcream, involve food in your love making or just have a nice candlelit dinner before making love.
